Leadership
Pastor Jim
Our Pastor is the Rev. Dr. James M. Spanogle - usually just 'Pastor Jim" - who has been leading at the church since 2009.
Jim is a graduate of Rollins College (Winter Park, FL) and Union Presbyterian Seminary (Richmond, VA). He is ordained as a Teaching Elder/Minister of Word and Sacrament by the Presbyerian Church (USA) and is a member of Central Florida Presbytery. He is serving as a part of the Florida-Bahamas Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America as a part of an agreement between the two churches as Full Communion Partners - sharing in ministry together. (See below for links for more information on this partnership.)
Jim has served in a variety of ministries in North Carolina and Florida. He is also currently working as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Central Florida Treatment Center in Palm Bay.

Concordia Church Council
The church is led by a dedicated group of congregation members who have been elected to the Church Council. They meet monthly to coordinate the work of the church.
Concordia Church Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Congregation is usually held at the end of January of each year. The Congregation as a whole is responsible for electing officers - Council members and the Pastor - and reviews the work of the church in a report produced each year.
